Rotating housing.......
Can you rotate the housing on any turbo, i am thinking about picking up a ct-26 but it would put the charge pipes into the rad...DOes it make any difference if i just turn it?? Can the same be done with a 14b, or any turbo for that matter?

My 14b rotates after you pop the ring clasp off. 10mil socket, and some needle nose (put in the opening and ------ apart ) popped it off no problem.
There is an alignment pin on mine, I saw a post here where you could grind it down and the downforce of the ring clasp will keep it in place after it's turned. No fear of it spinning around on you..
Though, when you rotate, you'll have to realign your wastegate actuator rod. (Speaking on the 14b, I don't know about that other one.. Supra turbo?)

Having never seen this turbo before, the concept would be basically make a little adapter to reach where you need to place it to line it up.
When you rotate the 14b, luckily, you can use one of the original holes on the wastegate.
Anyway, just make a little adapter plate to shift it over to the new position.

when you rotate on just about any compressor housing, modifications have to be made, on t25's I tap new holes in the compressor. On 14b's it gay because if you do rotate it, the rod will slightly be bent... or you can make your own bracket,
