Default Rotating the Exhaust Housing

Hey, I check the search for half an hour. And still cant find any info on rotating the Exhaust housing.

And also, do the oil outlet suppose to face downward facing the floor? So the oil will be gravity fed?

This is a T3/T04B turbo.

the exhaust side of the turbo is solid all the way up to the inlet flange of the turbo so it doesn't rotate. The comp. side of the turbo rotates though...

and yeah, the oil outlet needs to be facing down as much as possible to drop the oil.

u have to be able to spin exhaust housing to get the oil outlets in the right spot.

Maybe I'm thinking of it wrong

The mid section can rotate, but the exhaust side is solid. SO yeah, the mid section can rotate

yeah the oil outlet is facing a 90 degree angle. Instead of oil outlet facing downward because it is gravity fed. So what now?

Does anybody know how to rotate the mid section for a TDO4L? The oil outlet is not facing down, its horizontal.

I gotta go to homedepot in the morning to take off the compressor housing so I can rotate it on the TE04H I'm working on but yeah even on this thing the exhaust housing is rotatable :P

we're going to overcome the horrendous exhaust outlet flange orientation by tossing it in the trash and fabbing up my own so we can fab up a custom steel outlet that'll point right down so we can retain the a/c with this turbo and the HF manifold

like I said though...the exhaust housing on this one doesn't loosen with bolts but I can take a picture of it all torn apart so people can point out better what they're trying to get across to you if needed....but my digital camera sucks haha
