I agree with these guys. Buying from one o the big names will only reduce the weight of your wallet.
I've seen great improvements in the welding of BMC Race. And the price seems to be fair...although I've not been shopping and comparing with others around.
Either way, you're better to buy from one of the smaller guys than from the big guys, or make it yourself.

I'll put money on it that if you would dyno a Full-Race and a shitbird manifold, they would create the exact same HP. Full-Race's greatest asset is a huge bandwagon following that convinced the internet that the better looking the welds, the more HP it will make.
