The results are in...new everything on cooling system...
Figured I wouldn't take any chances on anything with the cooling system, so I replaced the rad with a brand new 2.5" bar and plate aluminum one, new t-stat, new water pump, timing belt, gaskets, hoses, etc. Results are in...and still overheating. :P I started thinking maybe my egt's were just way too high, so I turned the boost down as far as I could...3.63psi, and guess what...still overheats. Checked compression, was getting 190's or close to there for all 4 cylinders with 2 degrees of cam overlap, so I set them back to 0*...210, 210, 214, 209. WTF!!! I've ------' had it...turbo's coming off and never going back on this car again. Anybody have LS/vtec parts lol?

Not really...it blows extremely hot air out, so I figured it was ok. Plus I flushed the entire system out for an hour early this morning, and then spent a good hour on top of that making sure everything was completely bled out and in perfect working order. :P
