well, after renr got screwed in the classifieds on a .63 turbine housing, i gave him my nissan for free. so we swapped his volvo .48 out, ported his adapter plate, made a new downpipe, redid his charge piping, and welded the bov to a new location.
the harborfreight dual mig has been great. it has done julio's dp and charge piping, and also my current dp.

Fluxcore ownz all! I love my HF fluxcore and it's paid off so many time and made me quite abit of money on turbo kits I've made. Looks nice and who made that last ghetto dp with the honkey bends? lol.

thanks mike for all the help. it was definately worth it. with the bigger housing the car feels more n/a in daily drving and rips under boost. the transition is very smooth. ill get pics of the complete setup with the new charge piping too.
