Default reloc. batt.

I need to replace my battery, so I decided to relocate the new batt. to the trunk. I just got the parts today. Heres the box and the cable.
My interior is already removed so routing the wiring should be painless.

Don't expect that box to pass tech at the Drag Stip!!! Marine box is not good enough. You'll need a Sealled NHRA Approved box and a Remote Kill Switch. Trust me, I know from experience.

I usually go to Raceway Park in NJ, and Im not familiar with NHRA rules. I thought that if you re running under 12's (or 10's not sure) then a roll cage is required and so on and so forth. :1

most tracks regardless of times, will require a nhra approved battery box, plus a kill switch for remote mounted batteries.
some tracks don't care, but most do when in tech.

I keep my battery up front on my drive wheels, where it helps when i launch, rather then in my trunk dragging behind me

The 10-15lbs isn't going to make that much of a difference!! If you need weight on your wheels to hold them down, you got to look elsewhere in hookin up!!!
