you need the bleeder screw but you can grind down the nipple on a little bit

Well I have room w/o the bleeder screw. If i plug the hole with another screw that goes inside of it, I can still bleed the system by loosening it right? Correct me if i'm wrong, I'm heading to the hardware store right now, brb.

You'd have to get one with a large flange on top w/o-ring to seal it on top. Bleeder valves are flare fittings IIRC (like AN fittings), meaning they seal on the bottom. Try fitting the bleeder valve into a nut to check the threads, not the other way around (unless you are extremely careful to check the thread fitment). My guess is that it won't fit. Just lop off the top of the bleeder (nut and all), then notch it w/a small cutoff disc (dremil) and loosen/tighten with a screw driver. Otherwise...I'd enlarge or oval out the manifold's holes (if they aren't tapped). Good luck.
