Default Recommend a half size radiator???

99 gsr w/ ramhorn mani, sc61, running 7lbs for now.. will build motor and up the psi later on...

well i need a radiator (half size).. people tell me the civic radiator dual core will suffice.. found one on egay for $40 shipped 1.25" thickness... some say i need a high quality one for 6-9 times the price...

what do you guys say?

www.streetimports.com i'm happy with mine. they are on ebay all the time. can't beat the price. shipping is next day usually.

Hey Weir, You think if I find a core, and when you get your tig, we could fab up aluminum end tanks for a rad?

Although, Welding to the rad would be a bitch, Intercoolers I made were hard, but then again, they were migged.

get the one for a 92 to 00 civic automatic.
it is a LOT thicker

i found one for $60 picked up (used)... i'm not sure if that would be good enough or that's a good price?

yeah, once i get my tig i'm planning on doing some end tanks for my ic setup. i have a core already, but not sure if i want to use it yet, perhaps you could? oh, you wanted a rad core! forget it.

some1 needs to come up w/ a half sized rad for EF's that BOLT in using stock locations.

I just picked up a dual core 1/2 size oem rad for $12 on egay, brand new and all and a 12 X 12 slim high flow fan for $60 shipped. Solved my cooling probs and made tons of room for Hotrex's ramhorn which Im sure will eat some space

It isnt very hand to bang out a bracket to mount them, Ive done it before and Ill do it again
