Default rebuilt d16a6 looking for setup

I'm looking for a reliable setup to run 6-7psi daily driven and intercooled.
What's the best way to boost this much?
What's the cheapest and what exactly do I need?
I've search and looked through the projects area and I'm still at a loss of what exactly I need to build a setup
so far I've got:
manifold to keep a/c
the turbo
the intercooler and piping
a downpipe
a bov
WHAT do I need for fuel and ignition management?

so I don't need a msd ignition or anything ignition wise? Does this safc do all the mojo that needs to be done for boost retarding? I'm assuming I'll need gauges(what kind?), but what about things like an fpr or fmu?

an MSD BTM couldnt hurt but you can get away w/o it. Just retard ignition at the dist.

get atleast a BOOST gauge. and maybe an oil pressure so u can tell if u are loosing oil b4 the dummy light comes on (too late by that time).
