rebuilding t3/t4?
has anyone seen a good online rebuild how to for a t3/t4, i found one last year but i cant seem to find it in the searches anymore, one with pics?
i rebuilt my t3/t4 .57 last year because there was oil getting tossed into the compressor housing, well the same thing has happened again so i think i may have done the rebuild wrong.
could the same thing happen if im not running a oil restictor? im going to be getting one this year but does anyone know if that would cause oil to go into the compressor housing with a y7 motor?

depends how long you been running on that oil leak and the pressure difference between the oil pressure feed into the turbo and the compressor side of the seal.
If it is not leaking freely out the seal with the engine at idle then I would try the restrictor first.

I doubt the HG would go because we are talking about a very small bump in pressure to the whole system.
If nothing else you would have a little more oil to the head and lubricate more parts.
And remember oil also acts as a coolant to the moving parts and you would possibly have less wear and fatique (sp) in the moving parts of your engine.
