Default Random CEL - No CEL Blink Though. What Causes?

This is a d16a6 running turboedit on dsm 450's

The car can be running for 15 minutes or 30 or whatever, and the check engine light will come on

Will hold solid for a few seconds, sometimes close to a minute and then go out, Im not getting any CELS on the ECU window though

I was thinking its the 02 sensor but that would throw a code.

Hoping someone can help

Thanks
