Default a/r too big?

okay i'm about to get my hands on a garrett 60-1 t4 turbo. the guy doesn't know what the a/r ratio is but was taken off a rx-7. so i'm assuming 68. which if it is i'm not too concerned. but if it's a 1.15 a/r is that too big? for a honda 4cyl to push? i'm sure it'll work but would there be too much lag? looking for the boost to start kicking in around 3k.

arp studs
just wanted to know and do my homework before going to go get the thing. thanks for the input.

a t4 turbo on any 4 cylinder is too big unless your all out drag racing. find a t3 turbo. you will be better off. theres no point of a turbo if the engine cant spin it.......
