Default A/R ratios

Hello everyone. I bought a T-25 with a .80 A/R and one that has a .48 A/R. I was informed when I bought them one may be a DSM T-28. While inspecting them I noted different A/R ratios. Since I want to use them both on the same project (2.9 twin turbo VW 914 Porsche) I know I need to have them both equally the same on everything turbo. Would someone give me the short of it in a explanation of boost side air ratio

its ok to run one big one and one small one, helps reduce the lag of the larger one, but from the sounds of it, neither turbo you want to run is going to be all that big anyway.

Hi, I not sure if I have made myself clear; my application is going on a Volks Wagen. An opposide 4 cylinder, I would like to use one turbo per each bank. I feel it is a must in this condition to have two of the same size turbos in every way, for uniformity. I'm thing on using the .48 a/r due to having half of the expected output .

Sell them both and buy a pair of turbos that are identical or sell one and buy the exact duplicate.

I went to turbo city in the city of Orange, CA. I wanted to know about the different A/R impellers I could choose/buy from. Well they were not a good source. Anyone know of a goos supplier for impellers, both bossted side and exhaust.
