just wondering if anyone has any recomendations on a fairly cheap muffler that is quiet and has a high flow. im running a holley airmass 2 1/2 catback with test pipe and its loud as hell. Im deff. not gonna pay for a greddy, but just something thats quiet??

put a couple of resonators before the muffler. that should quiet things down.

 

amen, turbos are great mufflers

 

I like the dynomax ultra flo's there pretty cheap and quiet it down alot.......but I have a turbo as well. not sure how they sound on a N/A car assuming you have one.

 

Ultra flows are great. their Turbo line are even quieter.

 

I heard magnaflow was pretty good. I have a fart can personally, but i've heard a magnaflow and it was nice.

 

Sorry guys... i should have been a little more clear. Im runnig a t04e turbo, and my exhaust does have a resonator..

but yeah thought i heard that a turbo will cut the noise by 1/3, and you could always grab a cheap resonator from summit. Dynomax (i think) makes one for 20 bucks, and it works great. Then get some nice looking fart can.
