opens at 6 psi, i bled 15psi into it w/ shop air and it didnt leak or blow up, so i think were good

No way dude...I've seen plenty of rigging on this site, hell I'm guilty of it too...but that right there is damn clean. I never had the ***** to cut open one of my wg's, so I used to add carb springs to the flapper to add resistance :P
