Just like the topic header says....Will this turbo be to laggy for my b20....the turbo is a stage1 turbine...i only plan to run 10-12 pounds

The problem i you'll be using that turbo way out of it effeciency range. B20 don't like boost in stock form. That turbo is designed for more HP then what you can handle stock.

I agree, with that big of a turbo you will tear a part a stock internal b20. It will eat up those thin cylinder walls like french toast on a saturday morning.

i know the b20 block isnt that strong and im not worried about that.....cause proper tuning should be essential....all i was wondering is if this will lag....the compressor map for this turbo....non of points are gonna be plotted outside its efficiency range.....so yeah how is that inefficient....fill me in

im just gonna try it...

any more opinions....i have gotten a couple i opinions just want more....
to be specific the set-up is:

JDM b20b (dont know if it is different from a USDM one)
Skunk2 Intake manifold
Stage 1 Crower Cams
2.5 inch charge piping
2.5 DP with DMH performance E-cutout
CC-Fab log manifold (havent gotten it yet)
Garrett T3/To4e 60 Trim Stage one .63 turb .70 comp (from Blaast...thanks Guillaume)
Greddy Profec B Spec 2
Tial Style Wastegate (8 PSI Spring) dumping into atmo
ARC Type NS BOV
Greddy Style Intercooler (28"x6"x2.5")
ARP Headstuds
New oem headgasket
Chipped P28 on Uberdata

So yeah please let me know how well this turbo will perform on this set up....specifically spool time...i want to be full spooling by 4500rpm or less....thanks a bunch

Not sure about your specific setup, but I am runnign a .60/.80 GT28 on my stock b18, and it hits full boost at 4k, in 2nd.
Everyone told me the .80 wouldnt spool up till the redline, it starts to build boost at 3k. I'd tell you it depends on the quality of the rest of your build, but mine is so shitty it cant explain it away. Your ---- will probably work out ok.

isnt a GT28 ball bearing though....so wouldnt that spool up faster than any t3/t4 hybrid???
