Question regarding T2, T25, T28, and S13/S14 turbos...
I can't seem to find much out about regular T2 turbos - mainly I find dodge shadow pages (apparently its a "T2" chasiss or whatever ). I was planning on buying a garrett from a guy who said that it was for S13/S14 silvia's (usually T25, rare is a T2. I thought that the T2 was a typo...guess not. The weird thing is that the AR for the comp & turbine are .80 and .64 - same as the GT28RS's (I'm assuming same as the regular T2. The GT25R has different A/R's, but I'm clueless about the regular T2 A/R's.
Anyone know what's up? Any maps for a T2, or know if it will be worse for a B18B1 than a T25 (not looking for boost RIGHT off idle, just before 4k, but also want it to pull to redline). I already have a HKS mani for a T25 shipping to me for cheap, so I'd rather get a T28 or T25 while I save up for a GT28RS. THANKS a lot for any info you can provide guys.

Dont allways base yourself on the ar. to size a turbo.I bought what was headed as a t3 on ebay with a 42./49. ar.When I got it it was a t25 wich we all know is smaller than a t3.
Keep hunting for those maps and try and base yourself on CFMs.

I think for the time being I'm going to make up an weird adapter for a T3 and get the .60 .48 a/r from a thuderbird turbo coupe. The only prob is that I'll have to find a wastegate flapper housing and probably a different wg actuator. From what I've read it should spool quick being a T3, yet have the topend flow with having a .60 compressor a/r.
