the pvc is not located on the z6 manifold.
i just did this swap.
stock z6: the pvc valve plugs into the box on the black of the block. a short tube goes to a grommet (no valve) in a bracket on the z6 mani. from the grommet goes a small hose to the intake manifold.

so what you need to do is run a hose from the pvc to a nipple on the y8 intake mani. or use the two hoses with the grommet hanging in the air.

yep. my pic actually does work. i havent tried it yet but i will be doin it soon. i also am swappin out my y7 mani for a z6. so i will just run a hose from the black box on the back of the block, to the saab T. then i will run one hose from the saab t to a check valve then to the intake mani. and on the other end of the saab t i will run to the catch can then the catch can to pre turbo intake.

only problem i see is that the honda pcv valve is not made to withstand boost, it wouldn't take much for it to leak under boost. using the saab one or equivalent turbo car pcv valve would be an easy fix for that.

im kinda having trouble understanding the diagram. does it say to plug the black box? because thats where all the crankcase vapors are coming from. plugging that means no pressure in the crankcase is going to escape.

oh i see. the 3-way tee is connected to the black box. needs to be clarified, it looks like the 2 blue dashes dont cross. they do. so the stock pcv setup is retained for the black box, sent to one of the bungs. the other goes to the pre-turbo intake and pulls vacuum under boost. damn, i like that. i like that a lot.

i'd still pull vacuum off the exhaust though imo, feeding oil vapors back into the turbo and intake will only hinder performance. but this setup looks like it'd be a good way to keep your rings safe, and its legal. i'd still use a pcv valve off a turbo car though.

why not just do it like the pic. i know a few people runnin it that way and it works perfect for sure. id rather go with a way that i KNOW works perfect than SHOULD work perfect.

i guess the only reason is that under low rpm, low load etc when in vacuum and the manifold is pulling, the vapors don't go through your catch can before entering the motor in your setup.

but 2highpsi does bring up a good point. idk if the stock pcv valve was designed to withstand boost pressure. it might leak the pressure back into the system. maybe swap that part out with a stronger check valve thats designed for that function.

I was wondering if your using your Y8 intake manifold w/ Z6 head, where did you hook up for air mass flow sensor that which the Z6's sensor is on the manifold and the Y8 is on the intake?

DO WHAT? z6's and y8's dont have MAF sensors buddy, they're all speed density systems (MAP).
