psi stock tdo4 2002 wrx?

anybody know the stock psi of td04 from 2002 wrx?

I am pretty sure the WRX turbo is controlled by a solinoid to raise it up. But I am not 100% sure.

i think u are right jeff it will let it boost to a max of 14.2 psi if the computer agrees

it's got a built in wastegate and actuator on it. can i just hook up a bicycle pump and slowly pressureize or is the wastegate actuated from vacuum?
