wtf does that have to do with this post? it's a smart thing to do if you have rust/body damage etc. and want to take care of it but don't/can't afford (or in custom's case, no point in painting it b/c he's about to sell it) a paint job.
It's OK if its primer over paint(like in this case) primer over bare metal is a bad idea, lots of surface rust. I plan on taping off all the shiny trim around the windows and down the sides and primering the rest so it will have that clean contrast between bright and dull black. It should look good. It will look a lot better than the current paint job that is faded scratched and touched up all over.

I finally finished putting everything together today. Here are some pics of the finished product. I still have a little more work to do, but I took it out for a test drive tonight, and everything is running good. I'm only boosting about 6 lbs to start with as I don't have a boost gauge or an air fuel meter. Everything went together great with no exhaust or oil leaks.

As you can see in the photos below, everything is stainless steel - oil supply and return, downpipe and all the intercooler piping. There are before and after photos of the turbo. That is NOT silver paint. I just got a new sandblasting cabinet , so I bead-blasted everything. It came out very nice. With the cleaned housings and the new center section, the turbo is as good as new.

I still have a couple of things left to do mechanically, as well as a good clean up. I still want to prime the car. Then I'll have pictures of everything when I'm done in a couple of days. I would say if anyone is interested in buying it, the car is ready to go.

No, I need to sell the whole car. But I will buld you one just like it. I want to do another install on a stock car with A/C first. I got this car with the idea of using it to make kits for the secong gen Integra. Unfortunatly I didnt think about it having a B18b and no A/C. The throttle body is in a different spot on the B18a and the B18b looks taller. I want to make sure it will clear A/C also.
