those look like fernco couplings. people refer to them as home depot couplings. and they do come in 90s.

 

So it's EFI? I'd give it some megasquirt love or somethin down the road. Any pictures of the full car?

 

Difference is these are silicon and I'm pretty sure the home depot stuff is rubber.

 

 

Runs better than expected. I only running 8 psi. Idles excellent which Im suprised of due to the AFM tuned richer and the bigger injector/fuel pump. Boost hits at +/- 3300 rpm. Pulls pretty hard up top considering its probably only pushing 170-180 at the crank (if im lucky). Huge improvement over stock.

It does have a slight hesitation under load but I think it might be the fuel filter. I changed it out last night but it was to late to crank that loud bastard up in my gated community, lol.

 

do you have anything for ignition managment? the hesitation could be the rod bearings talking from pre-detonation.

 

Lol i saw a guy locally who had a pink E30 and he called it the dirty e30. ---- was ghey, rice as rice gets. Youre project looks good though

 

That could be too rich or too lean. In my experience, usually too lean. Be careful with that and put a wideband on that sucka!
