its a std manifold, paint came off cuz i used 500 degree paint, u have to use at least 1200 degree, i have to repaint the manifold, down pipe, and j pipe.

i already resized them to make them smaller and they
look like they are being streched to make bigger

The reason your pics are coming out crappy is because he's trying to use the same resizing tags he used in the beginning, making the pictures stretch to much bigger than they should be.
