Default Project 250bhp From 1500cc Hyundai

Okie this is my project, been at it for awhile now have 200Bhp/275nm but trying to get the 250bhp/375nm Mark.

This car has along story, but now i know what i have todo know.



Mod List:
This is the Engine Setup which we hit 200bhp With --> Turbonetics TD04H Hybrid Turbo Full Custom Cold Air Intake ,Huge 10 Row FMIC with stainless steel piping , Robbie Ferroli Dumpvalve, WideBody adjustable FPR(Rising Rate),Full 63mm stainless steel exhaust system , 4 Extra injectors on second fuel rail ,Perfect Power SMT-6 Tuned by Garth Seale of MSX, Walbro 255 Feul Pump ,70mm Mr Turbo Throttle Body, Aftermarket Tubular Exhaust Manifold,15" Chrome TSW Rims

This is today's Engine Pic, Last time on the dyno she made 144kw/286nm. regardless of boost/Size turbo...

Nice setup. Not really a big fan of the perfect power, but a clean setup nonetheless.

the car looks pretty clean.
Is that a hole on the bumper for the intake?
... and fix the broken exhaust stud :P



speeding violation?

They have that where your at!?!? A radar detector w/camera, and you get a ticket in the mail?

This doesn't look very efficient. So you put a 75mm throttle body, but you have to use an adapter that goes down to the ~41mm opening?

Proper engine management would be a good start. Megasquirt is your friend.
