haha welcome to the fun world of clocking your t25 on an EF until it fits! i had to re-clock mine probably 5-6 times to get the piping/oil lines where i wanted them... and ended up having to re-drill the wastegate bracket for it to fit

I just kept the outlet down low near the subframe. TOo lazy to redrill the wastegate holes. Welded up a downpipe today, but I think I got that ---- too hot and warped the flange. Damnit I'm a noob welder

notihing a bunch of hi-temp silicone can't fix!. Also, gonna have to take a bit of material out of the subframe and front mount. Still have a fucked up wiring problem. Getting a CAS code. Tried another distributor and it didnt help. Gonna re-wire all that tomorrow hopefully.

P.S. my oil return line is like an inch long. Ok, maybe not that short, but its hella short.

i warped mine as well when we were welding it.

took it to a jet sander and fixed that issue. do you have access to a flat backed belt sander? it works as long as you hold it even and keep steady pressure on it. I checked mine afterward with a flat edge, perfectly flat (or flat enough for exhaust flanges)

**** - no belt sander. I might just take it to a machine shop. Anybody know about what they'd charge for that? Might be cheaper to buy a cheap belt sander.

Got a bit more done today

The big pipe goes from the intake manifold to the battery area. The smaller pipe is for turbo to intercooler. All of the welds will be sealed with JBWeld then painted. Doesnt look like a lot of work but probably took about 8hrs. I'm slowly getting a bit better at welding.
