pressure out of oil cap

i just notice today that my car idle rough. when i open the oil cap with the car running i notice that there is alot of pressure coming out of it. first i thought i melted my cat, so i removed the cat and start the car. it still doing the same thing. right now im get oil coming out of my brether filter from on my vavle cover. i can see oil coming out from my breather filter while my car is just idling. there is alot of smoke coming out of my muffler too. smoke looks white and kinda blue. are my piston rings damge? my set up on 95 accord vtec
-turbonetics t3 t4 (just rebuild and balance 2 months ago)
-spearco intercooler
-vortec 10:1 fmu
-rc 370 injectors
-missing link
-greddy turbo timmer
-apexi v-afc
-homemade manifold
-turbonetics wastegate (set at 9 psi)
-all mandrel bent pipes
if my engine is ---- up then i will remove my turob and sell it all.

damn :( that is what i was worry about. i guess i'm gonna remove my turbo tomorrow then. i just bought a 255 fuel pump. i just got my vafc last week too. can i just remove the head and replace all the piston rings? or is my stock sleeve damage too? i bought a head gasket set a year ago from honda. i was about replace it, because i was porting and polishing the head that i got from juck yard. i mess up the head (mill off the heal too much .040 , so i never finish it. why does my ring land go bad? running lean? too much boost?
thanx for the help guys, even tho is bad news

If the car shakes at idle than its probably fried ring lands. It shakes because there is an imbalance in the cylinders. I had the same problem in my integra when I melted a piston

lol, the rings/pistons come out from the bottom, no access from the top unless you have some SERIOUS problems lol. Do a compression test to verify.
