:-p... I guess I'll check out a few more tool stores and try to find some appropriate bits.

So how deep down into the manifold do you think I'll be able to get to. I'd like to open the runners up from beginning to end.. but is that even possible? I already have my 14B exhaust housing opened up and por matched to my adapterplate. Just looking to get a bit more out of the mAd JDM manifold O0

You won't be able to get inside the whole port, you don't need to. Just port the side of it that connects to the head and you're good to go.

Summit Racing has the bits. The bits are over 6 inchs long. Bits have 1/4 shank on them. http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...s=P%5FRank%7C0 I saw some bits on tptool.com also.

I got 4 cutters like that on egay for 25$ they wont cut your mani.

If your serious about this chk out these guys
http://ccspecialtytool.com/

If this is the only job your ever going to do
Go to egay and buy the flexishaft kit with 150 free bits. For 35$
There are enoughf stone grinding pices in there to see you thru.

If you want the absolute best to cut your Manis. I can recomend SGS Burrs.
