---- me good progress dude!! . You have really got the whole project movin along now!!!

Just one thing though that Volvo turbo you are running, Isnt that gona be a bit small for a B16? Dont get me wrong here its gona spool ------ quick and lay the power down hard and fast, but the net result of that will be:-

---- loads of tyre smoke!!! And almost zero traction In any of the lower gears!!

Im just thinking that maybe your gona have far too much power low down in the rev range and then be running out of puff, just when the B16 is just getting into the upper part of its power band!!

Just a thought!! No doubt its gona be fun trying it out though!!

the volvo turbo is from a 2.3l so i was thinking that the turbo would be fine to spool all the way through the revs range.

it will spool and all but you better do somthing about the way that turbo's flange is. I had teh same turbo as you and it definatley does not bolt right up to a normal t3 flange. that circular counter-sunk hole must be ground down (take a mm or 2mm of material off) of the flange on the turbo or else all your boost is going to leak!!!
