T3, 60 trim .63/.60 ar's with a stage 3 wheel . Most t3/t4's are just too big and produce sad results for such a low power level. If you don't believe me take a close look at the maps for a standard "50 trim" t3/t4 @ 10psi vs. the cfm flow demands of your motor for the hp number you want to make. They run so far off the efficiency island it's not even funny.

Yeh fair enough , I just hope he doesn't end up buying a t25 or a 14b lol
So hvacrdan .. as slo_crx1 said go for the T3, 60 trim .63/.60 ar's with a stage 3 wheel
What are you planning for fuel management?

The 63/60 t3 60trim will work. and it's a good one to have if engine buildup and/or vtec head are in the plans. it's easily upgraded into a 400 hp t3/t4.

but for a STOCK b18B and no more than 10 psi, i say the .48/.60 t3 60 is better. it spools up faster.
