Pictures would help alot.Check to see the wastegate flapper is closed and moving as it should.Then start looking for boost leaks as a little leak can bleed alot of pressure off.

 

i checked again for leaks and the ting is that i noticed arouund the compressor housing it has a slow small leak when i checked it wit soapy water, i rotated the housin so i tighted it up sum more sprayed soapy water bac on it still leaks so now wat can i do , i jus wanted get this ---- ova wit , i mean 2psi its ------ sweet than 0 , but if it b the turbo then im gonna change it

 

make sure the wastegate is hooked up in the first place, my 16g w/ the wastegate flapper unhooked still made 3 psi

 

its hooked up i dunno i think its fuked im probably change the ***** and buy another one

 

Pull the WG rod off the flapper, tie the WG shut TIGHT with some wire, go for a very careful cruise (don't overboost to 15psi or so) and then report back.
