Default ok to run boost on rebuild? also, will 450's and hack work with this?

i got my full motor freshly rebuilt and im going to put it into my car VERY soon. i was wondering if it will be ok to run the minimum amount of boost on it until it gets broken in. i have an external wategate with a 3 psi spring in it. im not going to romp on it..it will be 500-1000 miles of "old lady driving". i would put the normal exhaust on, but i don't thing i have some of the pieces anymore.

also, when this motor is all broken in, i will probably turn it up to about 7 psi. i want to know if the hack and 450cc injectors will be ok on my new setup. i really don't want this to run lean. i'd like to start up my use of turbo edit, but i have no clue how to use it.

setup:

89 d16a1
p&p head (gasket matched)
gasket matched intake manifold, bored to 60mm up top
b18b 60mm TB
TB spacer
delta turbo grinds 272, 260?
87 d16a1 low top pistons/rods
hks headgasket
ss auto manifold
t3 .48/.60 turbo
2.5" exhaust/DP
hack with 450cc
msd BTM .60
7 psi

Just stay out of boost while breaking it in and I'd reccomend learning how to use turboedit.
