Ok, Turbo, t3 42/48

Questions:

1) Came on Volvo's and Saabs? Anything else?
2) Stock PSI regardless of what it came on 10psi?
3) Flange is rectangle w/ 4 holes, except for one variation?
4) Is a good turbo to use with the HF manifold?
5) What are some casting marks on the turbo itself for identification?

Sorry for the stupidity in my questions, but I couldn't find jack in the FAQ thread
