Here's the specs:
JGS Manifold
DSM 14b Turbo
Turbo XS BOV
SR20DET 370cc Injectors
HKS AFR
DSM 2g SMIC
and the rest is HOME DEPOT'ed up

Still working out some kinks (especially figuring out how to lower the wastegate psi since it's at like 10.5psi or something ???)

get some washers and some springs and mess around with the wastegate, ull get it where you want it, if not then just dont redline, shift where u know ur hitting 5 or 6 psi or whatever u want to boost

Yea...it spools up real fast to 5-6psi even when i never open it more than half throttle yet. I'm scared to go any higher and i just can't get myself to step on it and miss my boost gauge reading saying 10psi. :P I hit 9psi with half throttle for a sec today by mistake. One of the pipes shot out and scared the crap out of me. I retightened it good now.

Now can you explain to me how washers and spring (what kind of spring) will lower the psi that the wastegate opens at? The only thing I could think of to accomplish this was to either cut the bar and thread it...or shave down the turbo holes that hold the WG bracket a little to bring it closer

well if u put washers under where the wastegate it pushes it outward. but u would probably need a lot of washers. just cut it and put that swivel ---- on it.where did u get that mani from?

With the springs just go to a hardware store and buy some springs and hook it to the wastegate flapper to hold it closed and when the boost builds up behind it. It will force the wastegate open if you want to lessen the boost loosen the spring up to make it higher tighten the spring up.

My PVC has seen upto 16psi and 10daily for about 4 months now...

Looks good !!! I'm doing a Sr20 swap for a guy I work with for $300 soon. I'm doing it so cheap mainly b/c I wanna have a super clean 240sx with a SR20 one day...

K, I finally fixed all the leaks in the system and DAYAAAAAAAM, the car pulls. Everyone told me how they think the 14b turbo is too small for the 240sx 2.4l engine. Well I know I haven't gotten it dynoed or tuned yet but even at that, the car is awesome....i can only imagine it getting better once i really get the a/f tuned right. Wish I could take someone for a ride so they could feel this bish.

PVC can take a lot of pressure. It has to for your water pipes. it can work but the black tubing that he used will come apart when the oil gets to it. It will form bubbles and then bust. Thats the only down side to it. And to keep the pvc charge pipes from comeing off you need to file a little groove around there so the clamps have something to hold on to.
