OK "Fast and Furious" this morning.. not so much now..
OK, I got my kit installed in the wee hours of the morning. Boosted great.. felt awesome.. Gauges looked great..
Boosting now.. gauges look great.. car is now slow as ----!
Boost gauge says i'm boosting fine.. Responds with throttle presses.. any ideas?
I've never blown an head with boost before.. only NA and you know sure enough when you screw something up NA.. I don't know, maybe the boost is compensating for the loss of compressino in head which makes it drive, but I have no power.. possible?

Hahah.. Spring this. :P
I'm just running a dump pipe right now. It's not hooked up to my exhaust.. hellah loud and obnoxious, but boosted like mad.
I'm going to compression test it whn I get home. I'm really thinking I blew the head. I'll pull the valve cover and see if any parts are just flyin around inside.
It's weird.. it's totally driveable, I just have no power. (Less power than even with N/A). I had to have broken something.. Are heads more likely to go out than blocks with boost applications?

I MY GAWD! I'm a schmuck.. Someone flog me with the ------- newbie stick.
All the complaining I have done about losing pressure.. guess what it was? Well, I thought I would be crafty and put a shop towel with a hose clamp over the inlet as a little filter.. STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!
Even as thin as it is, it doesn't allow enough air flow. I guess I'm going to have to come up with some other ghetto thing to filter the inlet.. any ideas?
