Default Oil on spark plugs?

Well today I decided that I needed to change the plugs since I got the turbo on and all. Well when I took the plugs out they had some oil on them. What does this mean? My car gives of white/grey smoke when I'm at idle and when I start the car. I'm trying to talk my self out of my turbo needing a rebuild, but if does I'll just suck it up and do it. If I didnt have the water lines on the turbo hooked up and didnt have them blocked off would that have anything to do with this? Like if the oil leak dripped into the water cartridge?

uhm if your burning white/grey. that wet crap on the plugs could have been coolant..

check it out because if your not burning blue i dont think thats oil on your plugs.

tell me what u find. do a compression test also.
