God damn :o its bound to have to much oil pressure. Not to sure though sourcing a oil gauge now.

My best guess would be to throw a homemade oil restrictor or a valve to help control the oil pressure. I'm pretty positive you'd be seeing anywhere from 50 - 70 PSI at good throttle. On my Accord, in the morning, I'm seeing at most 85 PSI on my gauge, and when it's warm about 50 to 60. Thank god the turbo I managed to use has built in a restrictor so I never used one.

A gauge would definitely help you in determining a lot of things. I would just for engine/turbo sake. :y

Good luck.

When making the 0.060 - 0.065 hole into the set screw for oil restricting purposes, is that the 1/16 inch drill bit that will be needed to achieve the correct size? If not, what size bit will I need?

Re: Oil restrictor

just take 1/16 devide the 1 with the 16 = 0.0625. it will be good

Nice, just made me one with the set screw idea.
