Default Oil Restrictor

lately ive been hearing people refer to oil restricters, and it sounds like just the solution to my problems with burning oil under idle situations.
where do you aquire such a device or how is one made.
right now i have steel braided oil line.

Just go to your local hardware store or Home Depot and check out the plumbing section. You'll find something called a needle valve. It looks like a fitting with a small T to adjust the flow. It is just the right size for the oil feed line and will work great to lower oil pressure going into the turbo.

Yup, anywhere in that oil feed line is fine. Most likely at the turbo since it's a steel braided line. It's not absolutely necessary, but could be useful, you can also pick up a pressure guage so you know how much oil pressure your actually lowering at the turbo so you don't take too much out. Or you can just slowly restrict the oil pressure until the smoking stops.
