what is the easiest way to get to my oi pressure sensor... cause mine is up behind a huge wiring clusterfuck and its just below the intake mani.. and i REALLY dont wonna take the intake mani off just to tap this line. is there any other way?
and i barley touched the thing and the top popped off! is it broken?


AND!! i dont think it possible but do u think i can fit a down pipe in between the turbo and ac... someone told me he could.. i doubt it tho

i no! i needa rotate the center section of the turbo so the oil return line is pointing towards teh pan.. it has already been done.. i just took the pics prior to changing it.. and i measured the oil pan the the dip stick islower than drian hole.. is hould have almost a inch between the oil level and the drain flange.

for the oil pressure sender just get a deep socket. If you want I can check what size. I just did this like a week ago.

 

for the oil pressure thing, it can be a bitch but everyone here has has to face it. You'll want to assemble whatever fittings you have ON THE CAR. i.e. twist one on, then put the next fitting on that as opposed to trying to install a clusterfuck of brass bits onto the car all at once.

 

think its 3/4", but use a deep socket and it will work fine. It looks like you pulled the wire out of the connector on the sensor. you can probably repin it.

the size of the socket is 24... or 23... i'm pretty sure its 24

 

i used a 15/16 wrench and i'm pretty sure the wire that goes to the sensor just pulls out?? i'm not too sure my motor was d15b7... buttah good luck!! looks good!

 

i just did the same fucin thing for like 2 hours yesterday, i just pushed up hard as hell on that bundle of shitwires and eventually got it to thread in with both my hands shoved up in there

also i put the line fitting and plug into the block fitting before i screwd it in. then screwd the line on. it sucked *****. took me longer then messin with my oil pan.

i hope it dont leak

 

o ya and i had to beat a dent in that black thing so i could turn the fitting with the line fitting hangin out the side. i think its the oil vapor somthin to do with the pcv system box

 

If you did a lot of cutting and welding on a u-bend, you should be able to get a DP in there. Won't be easy but it should be possible. I doubt a 3in would fit though.
