oil pressure

does anyone have any idea of an ideal amount of oil pressure to the turbo when in idle and when driving.

I've got:

5-10 psi idle
20-25 psi cruising (3k-4k rpm)
45 psi WOT

I'm using a ball valve to regulate my oil pressure. Not the best way, but it works.
