Default Oil for Our Turbo Cars...

What oil should we use in our cars? Can we still change it like every 3000 miles? What type of oil, weight, brand, whatever should we use? Another question is what did everyone do with their windshield wiper tanks? Mine is in the way for the compressor side IC piping and I need to relocate it. Thanks once again fellas!

I was able to keep my tank, and Castrol GTX 10-40. I like it thick for the hot *** summers. Maybe go down to 30 again. I just noticed less ring blow by maybe? The oil has been in for 3 weeks and its much cleaner than my 30 would have been inthe same amount of time.

Thanks guys. I was just curious about the whole oil thing. How often do you change it still every 3000 miles? The Honda book says every 7500 miles so I always changed every 3000 miles. On to the windshield wiper tank, I need that. The car is a 98 civic coupe EJ. I need to figure out where to place or if I can replace it with a smaller one. Any ideas. Thanks for the help guys!

i used mobile 1 5w 30 or 10w 30 depending on the time of year. The only time i don't use full sysnthetic is when i finish a rebuild i brake them in with 5w 30 castrol syn blend.

I let my wiper tank in and just used a nice bend to get around it, but i have a 6th gen

I have a 6th Gen also. EJ. Thing is I bought the piping it isn't custom made for me. It came of a 6th Gen though.
