Default oil leak since boosting, PCV?

Ok so my crank seal was weeping a little, and when i went turbo, it started to **** out. So i replaced it, and it still leaks, not as bad as it did but still enough to **** me off. I checked that the PCV valve was working by pinching the pipe and listening for it to click and it did, but could it be letting boost pass still.

I never had this problem before, and ive boosted a couple of cars now, should i replace the PCV valve?

I dont know what to do next really, this is on a B16 by the way.
