oil leak problem,drain line backing up?
i've got a lot of oil leaking onto my garage floor, i'm pretty sure most of it is coming from the turbo feed banjo bolt, i got new copper crush washers when i took it off but the ones i got were a little big on the i/d, they don't fit perfectly around the bolt. i'm losing like 1/3qt. a day, i definitely can't keep this up, its sitting in the garage for now. where can i get some crush washers of the right size, without having to go to the dealer? i tried all the auto parts stores, the ones they have are all either too small or too big on the i/d. also, does anybody know the torque specs on those bolts for a mitsubishi 14b?
*EDIT* i replaced the crush washers, and it still leaks out of them. when i take the bolt off the oil feed, there is oil still filled up in the feed hole for it, it kind of slowly glugs down. could it be that my drain line isn't draining fast enough? it doesnt smoke AT ALL. runs good. i'm using 1/4" feed/5/8" drain. i'm not using a restrictor fitting, but the fitting on the back of the block b4 it runs to the tee on the firewall has a hole in it about 1/8" in diameter. i know most people use about 1/16" for a restrictor, should i maybe use another 1/8" fitting? i'm still having trouble understanding the flow vs. pressure argument about using the restrictor plates. maybe somebody could clear it up for me...

it has nothing to do with the line, i used 300psi 900 degree transmission line. it'll hold. what i'm worried about is with the drain flange, when i mounted it up to the oil pan, it has a slight *i mean slight* upward angle to it. maybe 5-10 degrees upward at most.
...post some pics of the drain angle

well i have a HF mani too and that ---- makes the turbo REALLY low so it is a bitch to get a good angle, i gave up and tapped it practicly on the bottom on the pan, and it leaks a little but i dont think its from the turbo :P

well first off it sounds like you need to fix the banjo bolt, alot of the oil is coming from there.
if the leak then persists, how is your oil pan tapped? make sure your adapter to the oil pan doesnt leak. Personally I just always have a steel fitting welded in, no need to mess with weird bolt on ----.
