Default oil filter sandwich adapter

Hey, I know someone that is selling one of these and i was wondering if i could use this to supply the oil to my turbo instead of tapping the oil pan and all that stuff?

(this is the piece that goes between the block and oil filter with 2 ports in it, one in and one out)

Why would he need to drill the pan still? The sandwich has two openings. Oil in and oil out. Why couldn't you plumb the oil out to the oil feed and the oil in to the oil return? I have heard of people doing this before.

Hey wants_a_sol I have one of those kits I would be willing to sell you for a good price. Complete with everything you would need.

You cant use it as a oil return... gravity feed only, and it should always go back to the pan...

Did that on my old setup. Ran the cooler lines and put a T on the return line to feed the turbo. Drained to the oil pan. I used a T that had 2 regular size nipples (hehehe) and the 3rd for the tubo was smaller. I did it this way so that the turbo wouldnt see 'high' oil pressures and only take what it wanted. The was the idea atleast.
