K i have a 97 dx hatch and i want to go to obd 1 so i can use uber. but i dont know what ecu to use.. would it be fine to use a p06 non vtec or a p28 vtec and will this work?? and i wanted to hook a 96-00 dash stock gauge cluster in with a tach .. will it just plug right in?

the gauge cluster should plug right in as far as i know.

i have a 2000 dx with the y7 running obd1 and uberdata on a p06. i believe you can use either ecu and just disable the vtec if you need to. make sure to get an obd2 v. 1 harness, there was a change in the obd2 between the 96-98 and 99-00 models.
