nut came off of compressor wheel
has anyone had the nut come off of their compressor wheel. mine did today and it ruined the turbo. the compressor wheel is beat to ---- and the turbine wheel was grinding away on the housing. the shaft moves around like crazy now. this sucks *** heres a pic but i dont know what you can see

i probobly would have if i took it apart, but i just bought it and put it on. i am about to get another one though and i just might loctite it this time. its an expensive mistake that i cant really afford. luckily i found an identicle turbo locally for $130

i got a good deal on the 1st one so i went with it. now i needed to get going again really fast so i just swapped the center section and compressor housing. it was easier to just leave the turbine housing in the car. its going again, but i am planning a t-3 upgrade for my built z6. i am shooting for 300-350whp on 15-20psi. does that sound even possible. i figure all forged parts, lower compression and balanced to rev to 9k should be fun in the civic and then i can really beat up on some b series
