ok, so i finally got everything on. the car runs good, starts up and idles normal, and its in like 30 vac. when i rev it to about 4k in neutral, standing still, it doesnt build any boost? like it stops right at zero and the car seems to bog a little like it doesnt want to go past 4k. is this normal? i havent driven the car yet, so maybe thast what i need to do. i checked and tighened everything so i doubt its leaking. so what do you guys think? is it ok? is it possible that the guy that did my basemaop set a launch control at 4k so i dont rev past it in neutral? i also checked the wastegate actuator and thats all good. any info will be great.

 

try driving it, might just have a launch control set on it

 

normally, cars will not build boost w/o a load on it..... so drive it

you wanan build boost in neutral? ping the bitch off launch control. you should build some decent boost n it'll even blow off when u let off. FTL owns...
