I am new to this forum and it seems like you guys are on top of your game. I installed a t3/t4 kit on a 90-93 integra and I can not create any pressure. I installed an aftermarket boost gauge and the needle will not go over 0. I've checked for leaks using soapy water and everything is secure. I have checked for loose nuts and bolts multiple times. I thought it might have been the boost controller so upgraded to a turbosmart unit, still no difference. Please throwout any suggestions. One more thing is when I drove the car I can hear the blow-off valve is this normal?

I hope you are sure about checking all your couplers. What type of wastegate are you using? Check wastegate for defects/improper installation.

 

0in vacuum will pop the bov, just wont PSSSHHHH

pics of the turbo setup INSTALLED as of you writing this. forget your firering?

 

If you have an internal gate make sure its closing all the way or properly adjusted, some ebay actuators have an adjustable rod. there should be a slight preload on the rod when you install it also.

 

he's probably reving it in neutral trying to get the pssshhhh sound

Did you install the fire ring in your wastegate? No fire ring no boost :1
