Non-turbo dsm to turboed dsm! Need some help!
Well my buddy just picked up a 93 eclipse and he also just picked up a stock side mount intercooler, bov, stock turbo manifold, and turbo from a stock turboed eclipse im guessing a gs-t model or whatever. I dont know much about dsm's. Well he wants to put it all on soon and i can do all of that for him but for fuel managment im lossed? I know he can get the dsm 450s for it but what should he use to control them on his non turboed car? Should i just set him up with a safc or maybe the gs-t's ecu is a direct replacement or what?? Im going to post this on a dsm forum too i just was wondering if anyone on here knew anything about it?

honestly, since hes got all the stock stuff already, just pick up a gs-t ecu and the blue top 450's. that would work just fine. fmu will work with stock injectors, but not good for the block.

there both run by a maf, i belive the ecu is plug and play but dont quote me. i think a buddy of mine is running a non turbo motor in a turbo car with the stock wireing, the non turbo ecu and non turbo injectors. the only differences are the non turbo car has no nock sensor so you will get a cel. So im thinking get an ecu and injectors and your set.
but like i said, im not 100% sure.

NT to Turbo is ------- retarded. Don't even consider it. Especially with a 1g. Everything is wrong, and your going to end up with a really expensive, and slow car.
Mod cheap, mod twice.
