What is the pressure supposed to be at idle? Id imagine not much... Anyways check rod/main bearing clearances, its not hard. If they are really loose you will lose oil pressure

Pretty sure like 5-7psi with a proper line/restrictor.

The pan dented?
Drop the pan and check out the oil pickup. (dented, clogged, loose, gasket).
If all is okay. I would say the oil pump. And with that low oil pressure, one of the bearings will go out.

Also, You don't have an oil cooler hooked up right?

under 10psi at idle is no good.

and yea, check for a dented pan/pickup tube. There are clearance specs for the distance between the rotor and the housing on the oil pump. Check those on yours before buying a new one. But if you do need one, i got one for sale. $65 shipped, brand new.

as for the oil cooler, i doubt thats the problem.

remove the oil cooler.
The lines are probably too big.
After installing one, my oil pressure dropped and spun a bearing. Found out the hard way.

ok sorry i have been out of town and forgot my laptop. last weekend i put a oil cooler on it and still no change. as far as the oil pressure. i did pull the oil line while it was running and i had oil flowing just didn't have pressure. well long story short on my way home from the shop to home which is about 3 miles. when i got home the engine was knocking, so now the car is at home i have to pull it back to the shop and go though the motor. i will keep everyone posted. thanks for all the help and if anyone has the instructions on how to check the oil pump while it is out of the car...

thanks all if it wasn't for y'all and UDAREDME i wouldn't be enjoying the Boosted side of life.
