No oil lubrication + oil seals = ?
Last year my oil pump failed and killed my motor after bout 200kms. This was the highlight of my summer and now im done building another motor. But seem sthe turbo is leaking oil at the vband clamp and its spewing blue smoke at innocent non boost-standards. Anyway, since the motor lost oil pressure what are the odds that the seals got fucked on my 14b? And if so, would also make sense that the brass got scored and fucked to hell as well.

actually the oil starvation first caused the journal bearing(s) to seize and then quickly worn out resulting in shaft play and that shaft play is what caused the wear of your piston rings. Most of the times, such oil starvation condition lasts for a very short period of time so the wheels, housings and the thrust system is salvageable and in such case, just a simple profesional preventive rebuild WITH balancing and shaft straightening is sufficient to make it work like new again.
