have you tried removing your filter? try it just to see if that changes anything. if that doesn't work, i'm guessing your have an exhaust leak before the turbo. if the turbo manifold doesn't hold any pressure your turbo won't spool fast enough to build boost.

Im using a K&N Precharger for a filter, its not an actual cone filter but a fine mesh, I have it right over the turbo inlet, so thats leaving me with very little filtering area, could it just be suffocating it?

Like I said, I cannot feal any exhaust leaks, I should be able to feel them right?

The BOV is welded, and shut. It is a Turbo XS unit, can I adjust it?

I will check for charge piping / coupler leaks tommorrow, as well as mess with the wastegate.

I am using the nipple on the elbow that is right off the turbo for my WG vacuum source. Is that ok? Its on the compressed side of the turbo.

I found another exhaust leak, but I cant get rid of it. Its inbetween the turbo and the piece that converges the exhaust and WG exhaust (dont know what thats called). I tried torquing down the two bolts the leak is inbetween, but that didnt help. I even used a breaker bar to get it as tight as possible, I actually broke an extender clean in half while torquing it. And ideas?

take it off and check for flat surfaces.. maybe have a machine shop deck that ---- for you to ensure tight mating.

I put some Muffler Mend around the crease, Im letting it dry over night. If that doesnt work, I might just have the crease welded.

man I don't know if that stuff works or not.. I know the tape stuff definately doesn't work. Only weld that would hold is a real weld.. have them mig that ---- or something, I've done it before to a downpipe/header connection (N/A car). Let us know how you make out, don't forget to use new bolts (grade since I'm sure you will be having to dig up this ---- again.

Nope, no cat.

If the Muffler Mend doesnt work Ill just take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld the seam. I can always have the de-weld it if I need it apart right?
